With a 33,000 sq.m. modern factory complex located in the Bankpoo Industrial Estate, 33.5 Km. south east of Bangkok, and a work force of 1,000 working three shifts around the clock. AFC's vertically integrated processes have a daily capacity of

      47 tons of nylon chips,

      15 tons of filament,

      14 tons of textured yarn and

      30,000 yards of woven fabric.

   Inspections are done at each intermediate step to screen out defective materials from the final processes. Finished products are also sample-checked using high technology test equipments and procedures, while Q&D department is continuously endeavoring to improve and maintain process controls for a higher overall quality level.
